Specialization/Research Interest
My doctoral research interests are in learning sciences which will examine the factors that contribute to the achievement gap in Canadian education systems. I will investigate how traditional assessment practices shape and reinforce these inequities and aim to develop equitable, evidence-informed approaches that enhance learning outcomes for all students.
